Based on the pre-project planning we take a number of key decisions such as:
- The kind of mall proposed for the location. Should it be a stand alone mall or a mixed use one; a neighbourhood mall or a super center?
- Determining the optimum size of the mall and suggest allocation between retail, F&B and entertainment.
- Propose store sizes and a smart mix of tenants - the Strategic Letting Plan.
