Based on the pre-project planning we take a number of key decisions such as;
- The kind of a mall proposed for the location. Should it be a standalone mall or a mixed use one, a neighbourhood mall or a super center?
- The optimum size of the mall and suggest allocation between retail, F&B and entertainment.
- Propose store sizes and a smart mix of tenants, the Strategic Letting Plan, as we call it
